First, Paula immediately captivated me with her excellent service... she answered all my questions with great willingness and speed... On the tours, Marcelo was an exceptional guide... he helped me carry my daughter's backpack (this makes a difference when it comes to precision), he knows a lot about Paraná, explains everything like a professor, he's empathetic (I say this because I was with a baby and elderly people) and he even acted as a photographer, haha, which I now have beautiful photos of... he also showed us other places off the beaten path and took us for a snack at Lest (a top roadside restaurant) which wasn't on the itinerary either! In short, I highly, highly recommend Vivenciar! They deserve all the praise!
I'll come back and do it all again with them!
