Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: (a) For cancellations 31 days or more prior, a 10% retention of the total service value will be applied; (b) For cancellations 30 to 20 days prior, a 25% retention of the total service value will be applied; (c) For cancellations 20 to 15 days prior, a 75% retention of the total service value will be applied; (d) For cancellations 8 days or less prior to departure, an 85% penalty will be applied to the contracted value. (e) For cancellations 7 days or less prior (No Show), total or partial withdrawal from services, a 100% retention of the total service value will be applied. GENERAL POLICIES The participant in the activity will be responsible for the upkeep of the vehicle used during the provision of the contracted services and is therefore automatically liable for any intentional or unintentional damage to the vehicle, and must indemnify Vivenciar Turismo for any and all damage caused to the vehicle during the activity. Vivenciar Turismo is responsible for providing vehicles with drivers, air conditioning, and insurance for the vehicle and passengers, as well as all items described as included in the package. Any extras charged by passengers and/or guests will not be the responsibility of Vivenciar Turismo. Vivenciar Turismo will not be responsible for the absence of passengers at the designated pick-up locations at the established times, and to avoid disrupting the activity, will not wait more than 15 minutes from the time defined in the activity itinerary. Routes may be subject to adjustments or changes during the execution of the service, aiming for the best possible event and passenger safety, in case of road closures or road closures. For technical/operational reasons or weather conditions, in order to preserve everyone's safety and the smooth running of the tour, we may change the order of the itinerary or cancel the activity. Luggage must be transported in the designated compartments and must be properly identified; the owner is solely and exclusively responsible for its contents. The transport of alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, hallucinogens, or any other illicit product is strictly prohibited, according to current legislation. If the activity does not reach the minimum number of 2 people on the day before it takes place, the participant may choose to receive a refund or participate in the private activity, paying the equivalent of the activity ticket for two people, i.e., the amount already paid x 2.
